A contract with the Riga City Council Property Department has been signed for renovation of the Riga Ukrainian Secondary School (at 4 Visvalza Street and 18a E.Birznieka-Upisa Street), which will last until mid-November 2011. General partnership Latvijas tilti & SZMA Rīga is established to perform the renovation works. JSC Latvijas tilti undertakes the main commitments in this project, with the share participation of 70%. Contract amount is LVL 1,479,799 (including VAT).
