The Board of AS “PrivatBank” informs that, based on the notification by the Bank’s shareholder UNIMAIN HOLDING LIMITED on selling 18% of AS “PrivatBank” shares, on 16.05.2011, changes were made to the shareholder register of AS “PrivatBank”, as a result of which the major shareholding of UNIMAIN HOLDING LIMITED in AS “PrivatBank” was terminated. |
