In August 26, 2010 between JSC “Latvijas tilti” and Klaipeda State Seaport authority was signed a contract about Construction of the passenger and cargo ferry terminal in Klaipeda Seaport. Total sum of contract with VAT – 112 465 278.36 LTL (22 942 916.79 LVL). Execution time of contract – 30 months (912 days).

1)      Advance payment 5%.

2)      In the contract specified sum in parts will be paid each month after the actually carried works.
