Storent Europe keeps growing: rental income up 11% driven by fleet expansion, dedicated teamwork of experts and new digital tools

In the third quarter of 2026, Storent Europe’s rental business grew in both Europe and the United States, and investors confirmed their confidence in the Group with a successful bond offering. Total rental income increased by 11.3% to 17.4 million EUR and rental income from own fleet by 13.5%. EBITDA of 8.6 million EUR was in line with last year, and EBT reached 1.9 million EUR.

In Europe, Storent is growing faster than the market. Total revenue in the first nine months rose by 8%, while the whole European rental market is expected to grow by 1.6% in 2026 (ERA & KPMG, 2026, p. 5). In the United States, rental income from own fleet grew by 27% in the quarter.

As part of the Group’s restructuring, IT development work and the use of intellectual property are now invoiced between Storent Holding Corporation, which sits outside Storent Europe’s reporting scope, and Storent Europe, including its subsidiaries. This means that 2026 EBITDA is not directly comparable with 2025. This is described in more detail in the report. In the coming months, the Group will continue its work on attracting a new minority equity investor and on the next steps of the restructuring, which will be subject to the bondholders’ approval procedure.

In September, Storent Europe raised 12.96 million EUR in a public bond offering, above the planned 10 million EUR, with more than 1,200 investors taking part. The proceeds refinanced the previous issue, and the new bonds keep the same 10% coupon and mature in March 2030.

To make its European operations more efficient, Storent will conclude its Swedish operations at the end of the year; they made up only about 4% of Europe’s revenue. The fleet will move to the Group’s other countries, mostly Finland, and management expects lower costs, better fleet management, higher utilisation and better margins.

Storent also launched the Storent AI Assistant, which helps customers find the right equipment by describing their project. We are proud to see that we have climbed 24 places to 43rd in the TOP 101 ranking of Latvia’s most valuable companies (Prudentia & Nasdaq Riga, 2026). With a larger fleet base, new digital tools and a growing market ahead, the Group sees a positive outlook for 2027 in both European and U.S. markets.
