According to the Law of Financial Instruments Market Article 59, parts (1) and (2), points 3. and 4., the Board of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ is providing information regarding legal proceedings and results of those proceedings: on 5th of November 2013, at the LR Court of Liepaja occurred the newly review of the demand, brought by the board of JSC „Grobina” against the council members about the loss recovery 50 000 LVL (which was brought after the demand of minority shareholders (at the time), who hold more than one-twentieth part from the paid up share capital). According to this, with the decision of LR Court of Liepaja made on 5th of November, after the boards of JSC „Grobina” proposition, which is based on application submitted by JSC “Grobina” shareholders who represent more than 91 % from the stock capital, it is decided to terminate the proceeding.
