On 26 September 2013, Shareholder’s Meeting of Latvenergo AS
approved the decision to increase company’s share capital, based on
the law on State and municipality capital shares and capital
companies, Commercial law, law on expropriation of public person`s
property and the Cabinet of Ministers Rules No. 705 (30 June 2009)
On standard articles of association of state and municipality stock
companies.
Share capital of Latvenergo AS is increased by LVL 614,040, by
paying for the new shares with property investment owned by state
for the total value of LVL 614,040; therefore, the share capital of
Latvenergo AS will be LVL 905,219,000. The Shareholder’s
Meeting approved the terms of increasing share capital of
Latvenergo AS and amendments to Latvenergo AS Articles of
Association in new version. In the share capital has been
invested 404 land parcels and 4 buildings with a total land area of
21.8078 ha, which is already used state capital property by
Latvenergo AS.
