Shareholders of LatRosTrans Ltd (LRT) have elected a new Supervisory Council of the company, and Robert Kirkup has become the new Chairman of the Supervisory Council. The other members of the LRT Supervisory Council are re-elected in the company’s Supervisory Council without changes – the Deputy Chairman is Vitālijs Kisenko, and Supervisory Council members are Mihails Dvoraks, Olga Kurenkova, Nafiseta Neguča, Dmitrijs Vinogradovs, Dmitrijs Barkovs and Vladimirs Nazarovs.

On September 1, Robert Kirkup will officially take the office as the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Ventspils nafta as well. Ventspils nafta is the largest shareholder of LatRosTrans, owning 66% of the company’s shares.

LatRosTrans Ltd owns two crude oil pipelines in the territory of the Republic of Latvia: Polotsk-Mazeikiai and Polotsk-Ventspils, which have not pumped oil in the last years, and one petroleum product pipeline Polotsk-Ventspils, which currently actively provides transport of diesel.

LatRosTrans Ltd is the largest Latvian-Russian joint venture in the Baltic States.
