According to the Law of the Financial Instruments Market Article 59, parts (1) and (2), points 3. and 4., the Board of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ is providing information regarding legal proceedings and results of those proceedings:

1. With the decision of the regional Court of Kurzeme on 4th of July, 2013, by reviewing the demand stated by the council of JSC „Grobiņa” after the request of the minority shareholders Jānis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Nagliņš demand against the Board members of JSC „Grobiņa”, Pēteris Laugalis and Ltd. „INVEX FONDI” about the recovery of losses and the business transactions declared as void (the last decision made by the regional Court of Kurzeme on 4th of December, 2012 was overruled by the LR Higher Court Senate decision on 12th of February, 2013 and has been given to new review on the same court to another judge) – it is again decided to terminate the proceeding. There have also been submitted by-complaints from the respondent and the third person Janis Meijubers on the mentioned decision.
2. 2) On the 21st of June, 2013 on the Court of Liepaja the again re-appointed JSC „Grobiņa” demands proceeding against the JSC „Grobiņa” council members about the recovery of the losses did not occur after the request from the respondent (the last decision of the Court of Liepaja was overruled by the LR Higher Court Senate decision on 20th of December, 2012 and has been given to new review on the same court to another judge) and was postponed to 5th of November, 2013.
3. Based on the LR Higher Court Senate action sessions decision on 25th of June, 2013 it is decided to refuse to initiate a cassation proceeding after the appeal in cassation of Janis Meijubers dated with 14th of March, 2012 about the judgement of the regional Court of Kurzeme on 14th February, 2012, with whom was decided to decline the proceeding demanded by JSC „Grobiņa” shareholder and council member Janis Meijubers against JSC „Grobiņa” about the decision annulment of the shareholders meeting convened on 23rd April, 2010 on the part where censure to the chairman of the board is declared and about the demands prosecution against the board and the council of the company. According to this the decision of the regional Court of Kurzeme made on 14th February has come in to legal force.
