JSC „Grindeks” informs that according to the decision taken at the shareholder meeting, the company will keep the yearly profit undivided and will not distribute it to the shareholders in the form of dividends. These retained earnings will be used to promoting further growth and increasing competitiveness. According to the corporate governance principles the decision on the disposition of the profit for the year 2013 will be taken at the shareholder meeting, taking into consideration the yearly performance, long-term strategic goals and investment plans.

"Grindeks" is the leading pharmaceutical company in the Baltic States. Its main fields of action are: research, development, manufacturing and sale of original products, generics and active pharmaceutical ingredients.
