On 15 April 2013, ABLV Bank, AS made AS Kredītinformācijas Birojs foundation agreement, subscribing to 16.67% of the share capital.

On 22 May 2013, AS Kredītinformācijas Birojs was registered with the Commercial Register of the Register of Enterprises under registration No. 40103673493. The shares were paid in before AS Kredītinformācijas Birojs registration with the Commercial Register.

Therefore, close relationship has been established between ABLV Bank, AS and AS Kredītinformācijas Birojs.
