About changes in the Council and the election of new
Council
By this we inform that we have received a statement from member of the Council A.Smiltniece on her departure from the Council on her own will. A. Smiltniece is leaving from May 30, 2013. As previously informed V.Mihailovins left his position as member of Council on May 24, 2013. Taking into account this information, the current composition of the Council does not comply with necessary number of members approved in the Statutes of the company. In accordance with Commercial Law of Latvia article 276 point (3) in the annual general meeting, which will take place May 30, 2013 the question of the election of the new Council will be addressed.
