On 22 May this year, under the bonds issuance programme, Latvenergo AS issued 20,000 bonds in the amount of EUR 20,000,000 with a maturity date of 22 May 2020, a fixed annual interest rate (coupon) of 2.8% (yield: 2.8883%) and an issue price of EUR 994,475.

The issued bonds in the amount of EUR 20,000,000 form the second series of bonds and will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Riga AS.

The issue of bonds is implemented under the bonds issuance programme in the total amount of LVL 85 million (or its equivalent in EUR). Consequently, as of today Latvenergo AS has issued bonds in the total amount of EUR 90 million of which the bonds in the total amount of EUR 70 million are issued under the first series of bonds (ISIN code LV0000801090) and EUR 20 million under the second series of bonds (ISIN code LV0000801165).
