JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" announces that the audited annual report for the year 2012 will not be published till April 30, 2013. During auditing the unaudited report for 12 months, 2012 (published on 28.02.2013 and available herehttps://www.oricgs.lv/eri/RRR1R/8917/), additional information was requested about the material value and inventory assessments movement. Preparing the requested information for the auditor, it is initially processed and presented for inspection in parts, thus audit is still ongoing, and it is not possible to get an independent auditor report of JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" annual report.

Due to the reasons mentioned above, the audited annual report, Report on the Principles of Corporate Governance, Auditor's reports of JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" will be published until 21.05.2013.

For this reason, JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR"  announces the cancellation of the annual shareholders' meeting scheduled on April 30, 2013.

The date of the new annual general meeting will be published separateley.
