According to the Law of the Financial Instruments Market Article 59, parts (1) and (2), points 3. and 4., the Board of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ is providing information regarding legal proceedings and results of those proceedings:

On 3^rd December 2012 the activity for damages brought by former JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ Supervisory Board members minority shareholders Jānis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Nagliņš against JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ Board members was appointed for hearing.

With the request by JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ shareholders, who hold 455024 JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ shares and altogether represent 91% of the stock capital, the Supervisory Board of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ submitted the proposition for discontinuance and dismissal of the case to Kurzeme Regional Court on the activity against Gunta Isajeva, Andris Vītoliņš, Daina Kalniņa, Pēteris Laugalis and SIA ‘’INVEX FONDI’’ regarding the activity for damages and to have a business activities declared void. Therefore with the Decision of the Kurzeme Regional Court on 4^th December 2012 the activity for damages brought by former JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ Supervisory Board members minority shareholders Jānis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Nagliņš against JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ Board members has been dismissed.
