According to the Law of the Financial Instruments Market Article 59, parts (1) and (2), the Board of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ informs, that we have received notices from 2 (two) credit institutions, i.e. JSC ‘Mortgage and Land Bank of Latvia’’ (VAS „Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka”) and ABLV Bank, regarding granting of the loan for the necessary financing for amount of EUR 1 593 617, which according to the Exchange rate of the Bank of Latvia equals LVL 1 120 000,40 for implementation of the project ’'Construction of a new fur animal farm'', where the total construction costs are EUR 2 800 000. According to the conditions of the Resolution No. 04.1/2-11/2888, dated 14.11.2012., from the Rural Support Service, these notices were presented to the Rural Support Service until 28.11.2012.

Therefore, the Board and the Supervisory Board of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ will review both of these loan offers and conditions, and the management of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ will immediately inform the shareholders and the potential investors regarding the decision made, accordingly – the loan provider and the main conditions of the loan.
