Regarding the additional co-financing approved by the Rural Support Service for implementation of the project ‘'Construction of a new fur animal farm''

According to the Law of the Financial Instruments Market Article 59, parts (1) and (2), the Board of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ informs, that Resolution No. 04.1/2-11/2888, dated 14.11.2012., from the Rural Support Service (hereinafter RSS) has been received, which informs that the previously decreased financing for amount Ls 233 207 for implementation of the JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ project ’'Construction of a new fur animal farm'' will be provided.

In accordance to this, the financing provided from the Rural Support Service is now covering Ls 1 680 000 from the total costs of the construction of the Project, which is 2 800 000 Ls. Therefore, the rest of the required financing - Ls 1 120 000 – is planned to be covered by a credit institution loan, which is why the management of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ is still actively working on this matter. When the loan is granted, the JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ will immediately publish information regarding the institution, which has granted the additional funding, and its repayment and capital usage percentage point conditions.
