The PLEDGEE: SAGA FURS OYJ (Reg no. 0115411 – 6);

The PLEDGOR: AS ‘’Grobiņa’’ (Reg. no. 40003017297);

The guaranteed AMOUNT of the PLEDGE: increased to  1 546 168 LVL;

The PLEDGED GOODS: All stock and the registered animals (Reg. No. of the herd: LV0247247, species – fur animals)

Also AS ‘’Grobiņa’’ would like to inform that the new Supervisory Board member Mrs. Silvija Neimane, who was elected in the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on 25^th September 2012, does not hold any AS ‘’Grobiņa’’ shares.
