JSC Moda Kapitals submitt audited financial statement of the year 2011 and JSC „Moda Kapitals” Corporate Governance Report of the year 2011.

JSC „Moda Kapitals” Corporate Governance Report of the year 2011 (hereinafter - the Report) is prepared according to the JSC „NASDAQ OMX Riga” Corporate governance principles and recommandation on their implementation”. The Report is prepared by „Moda Kapitals” Board and revised by „Moda Kapitals” Council. Corporate governance principles were adjusted to „Moda Kapitals” as much as possible and „Moda Kapitals” complied with most of them.
