Joint stock company
“Ditton pievadkezu rupnica” has submitted its
unaudited financial report for 12 months of year 2011, please
refer to the attachment.
According
to the Council’s decision, as well as taking into account market
stabilization in 2011 and interests of shareholders, the Management
Board intends to propose to the regular meeting of shareholders
when considering an issue on the use of profit gained in 2011 to
aim the part of the profit up to 10% at payment of dividends to the
shareholders, including the respective proposal into draft
decisions of the regular meeting of shareholders.
