On 11 October 2011 SC Moda Kapitals announced a poll for the bondholders to obtain the agreement to increase the volume of the bond emissary (ISIN LV0000800878) up to EUR 5,000,000.00 (five million euro zero cents) including.
Until the 26th October this year the confirmation from more than the required minimum (Re: Prospectus, para 6.6) of the investors eligible to take part in the poll was received which gave the rights to the Board of the Emissary to accept the changes of the Prospectus on the 26th October 2011.

But, taking into account the set deadline of the poll, i.e. 31 October, 2011, the Emissary had the obligation to wait for the opinion of the rest of the investors, thus the Emissary announced the results on the 1st of November 2011 only. The changes of the Prospectus have been registered on 4 November this year.

In addition, we publish the Part 7 of the Bond Emission Rules in accordance with what the bonds are offered.
