On the 31st of October 2011 AS “Moda Kapitāls” has closed the voting procedure for the notes issue (ISIN LV0000800878) with regards to the increase of the size of the notes issue up to and including EUR 5,000,000.00 (five million euro 00 cents).

76.70% of all investors that had rights to vote supported the offer.

100% of all the investors who were eligible to participate in the voting and submitted the questionnaire approved the offer.
