The Board of JSC „Grobina”, according to financial instruments, Market law, article 59 part (1) and part (2), point 3th and 4th, informs about following proceedings and the results:

Due to the appellation submitted by shareholder of JSC „Grobina” Janis Meijubers, about the judgment of the Court of Liepaja at 9th of June, 2011, where is decided to reject shareholders and council members of JSC „Grobina” Janis Meijubers demanded proceeding against JSC “Grobina” about decision annulment of extraordinary shareholders meeting convened at 30th of September, 2010, on 20th October, 2011 at the Court of district Kurzeme occurred the appeal proceeding.

          With the judgment of the Court of Liepaja on 20th October, 2011, is decided to reject shareholders and council members of JSC „Grobina” Janis Meijubers demanded proceeding against JSC “Grobina” about decision annulment of extraordinary shareholders meeting convened at 30th of September, 2010.
