Hereby we inform that  due to expansion of JSC „ LATVIJAS TILTI” activities in the field of hydro-technical works, and due to the notice received on the 23rd of September 2011 from the former board member Vladimir Muhomor, about his desire to leave the Board, the Council of JSC „ LATVIJAS TILTI” on the 23rd of September 2011 adopted a decision to elect Valerijs Gorjuns, a specialist in hydro-technical works, a person with 30 years of experience in the management of hydraulic engineering construction works in one of the leading Latvian construction companies, as the Member of the Board of JSC „Latvijas tilti”, who will also perform duties of the Chairman of the Board.
