Pursuant to the decisions passed by extraordinary shareholders’ meeting and Supervisory Council’s meeting of SJSC “Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” both convened on August 22, 2011 (Minutes No 9 and Minutes No 12 respectively): 1.
Mr. Andžs Ūbelis resigned from the post of the Deputy
Chairperson of the Supervisory Council based on his resignation
notice;
2.
A new Supervisory Council was appointed for the term of three
years composed of 3 (three) persons:
BAIBA
BĀNE, Chairperson of the Supervisory Council (from
previous Council)
ARMANDS
EBERHARDS, Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory
Council
JĀNIS
PONE, Member of the Supervisory Council (from previous
Council)
Professional experience of Mr. Armands Eberhards - the
newly appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory
Council:
2004 – to date Director of the
Central Financing and Contracting Agency, Ministry of Finance,
Latvia.
1998 – 2004 Director of the Central
Financing and Contracting Unit, Ministry of Finance,
Latvia.
1995 – 1998 Director of Foreign
Assistance Co-ordination Department, Ministry of Finance,
Latvia.
