JSC „Saldus mežrūpniecība” informs that in accordance with the received Resolution No. 21-6/95064 of 04.08.2011 by the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia it is prohibited to register the amendments in the Articles of Association of the enterprise, about which the resolution was adopted at the current meeting of shareholders of 26 July 2011. Pursuant to the amendments of 2008 in the legislative requirements, the main types of commercial activity, too, must be indicated in the Articles of Association of an enterprise. To fulfil the requirements of the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, the amendments in the Articles of Association of an enterprise shall be postponed till the next meeting of shareholders at which the decision will be made about inclusion of the main types of commercial activity into the Articles of Association of the enterprise.
