Revision Committee already comprises changes

Due to transfer to another job, Olga Romaņko leave the Company's revision 

committee chairmanship.

On the committee's chairman is appointed Jekaterina Maļejeva

Changes in thecomposition of the Board

On August 17. 2011 Gunārs Lācis resined from the position of member of the

Board. 

On August 17.Olga Romanko took the position of member of the Board.

Since 2002  “Baltlains Intern” Ltd Chief Accountant

From 2010. JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" Executive Director.

O. Romanko do not own JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" shares.
