The Financial and Capital Market Commission (hereinafter – the Commission) hereby informs that on 15.07.2011 the Board of the Commission made a decision regarding publishing the OJSC Technikabank audited annual report for 2010.

Taking into account that OJSC Technikabank had not published the audited annual report for 2010 within the time period as required in Article 56 (5) of the Law on the Financial Instruments Market, the Commission initiated an administrative matter in accordance with provisions of paragraph 2 of Section 55 of the Administrative Procedure Law regarding the breach of above requirement of the Law and on 15.07.2011 adopted the Decision , imposing a LVL 2 500  (two thousand five hundred) fine on OJSC Technikabank.
