The Board of JSC „Grobina”, according to financial instruments, Market law, article 59 part (1) and part (2), point 3th and 4th, informs about following proceedings and the results:

1) On the judgment of the Court of Liepaja at 9th of June, 2011, received at 30th June, 2011, is decided to reject shareholders and council member of JSC „Grobina” Janis Meijubers, demanded proceeding against JSC “Grobina” about decision annulment of extraordinary shareholders meeting convened at 30th of September, 2010.

2) Accordingly to the application, submitted by the board of JSC “Grobina” about the discontinuance of the demand and termination of proceeding according to the information and documentary, which the Board had acquired, with the judgment of the Court of Liepaja at 7th of June, 2011, the legal process, submitted on 6th of August, 2010 by JSC “Grobina” minority shareholders Janis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Naglins against the Council members of JSC “Grobina” J. Silins, G. Jefimovs, S. Neimane and O. Petrevics about recovery of losses LVL 50 000, is terminated.

3) On 28th of June, 2011, at the Court of Liepaja occurred the demands hearing, submitted by shareholder and council member of JSC „Grobina” Janis Meijubers, against JSC “Grobina” about decision annulment of shareholders meeting convened at 23th of April year 2010, on the part where censure to the chairman of the board is declared and about the demand against the board an council of the company. As on the hearing was not apearred the third party Peteris Laugalis, who submitted an application about the hearings deferment, the Court decided to deferment the hearing on 5th of October 2011.

4) The Demands hearing, planned on 27th of September, 2011, submitted by minority shareholders Janis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Naglins against the board members of JSC “Grobina” G. Isajeva, A. Vitolins, D. Kalnina about the recovery of losses 100 000 LVL in joint liability, due to the board member position on year 2008 and 2009, concluding the year 2009 with losses 978 502 LVL is postponed from 27th of September, 2011 to 19th of July, 2011.
