JSC Latvian Shipping Company (LSC) informs that it is unable to publish unaudited financial statement for the first 3 months of 2011  within the time-limit set by Latvian legislation, i.e., by 31 May 2011.

LSC is actively restructuring its long term financing, taking account of the company’s current financial situation. As completion of the restructuring process is a precondition for receiving the auditor’s opinion on the financial statements for 2010, and 2010 impacts 2011, LSC informs that it is unable to publish financial statements at this time.

LSC will endeavour to publish its audited financial statement for 2010 and its unaudited statements for the first 3 months of 2011 as soon as possible, but no later than 31 July 2011.
