Hereby AS „Latvijas balzams” (Unified Reg. No. 40003031873) Management Board informs that according to AS „Latvijas balzams” Supervisory Board decision, dated May 05, 2011, Aigars Kalvitis has been elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Valery Mendeleev has been elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

On May 06, 2011 the Supervisory Board consists of the following members:

1. Aigars Kalvitis (Chairman of the Supervisory Board);
2. Valery Mendeleev (Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board);
3. Sebastianus Boelen;
4. Petr Aven;
5. David Ronald Surbey;
6. Blaine Alan Rowlette.

Simultaneously, the Supervisory Board by its decision has released Karlis Andersons from the position of the Chairman of the Management Board and repeatedly elected Ronalds Zarinovs and Signe Bidermane as the members of the Management Board.
