Joint stock company " Saldus mežrūpniecība" publishes annual financial statements of 2010 added by the auditors' report and corporate management report (see the appendix)

The result of the economic activities of the audited accounts of 2010 of Joint stock company "Saldus mežrūpniecība" differs from the result of the economic activities indicated in the operational review of 2010 by more than 10%.

The difference is connected with the long-term financial investment, stock revaluations, evaluation of accounts receivable and creation of provisions, which could not have been done until 28 February 2011 due to the absence of complete data collection and collation.
