The Member of the Board of AS “PrivatBank” Ieva Rācenāja was dismissed from the Member of the Board position as of 18 March 2011. Changes in the composition of the Board were registered by Register of Enterprises at 28.03.2011 (decision Nr. 6-12/35669/1).

Other members of the Board (the Chairman of the Board Oleksandr Trubakov, Members of the Board Olexandr Mekekechko and Mykolay Koev) continue to fulfil their duties.
