The Board of JSC Grobina informs that, at 23th of March, year 2011, applications for resignation are received from the members of the audit committee Rita Tene and Maruta Karazina. Rita Tene and Maruta Karazina resign from the member of the audits committee position. According to this information, at the shareholders meeting, announced at 28^th of April, year 2011, there will be one extra issue on the meeting’s agenda about the election of audit committee.
