Against JSC "Grobina" demanded and JSC "Grobina" demanded court proceedings

The Board of JSC „Grobina”, according to financial instruments market law, article 59 part (1) and part (2), point 3th. And 4th, with this informs about following proceedings:

   1. 22th of July year 2010, , shareholder and council member Janis Meijubers submitted a demand, at the Court of Liepaja, against JSC “Grobina” about decision annulment of shareholders meeting of JSC “Grobina” convened at 23th of April year 2010, part where censure to the chairman of the board is declared. Also about submitting demand against company’s Board and Council. A trail is ordered at 26th of September year 2011.
   2. At 6th of August year 2010, to accomplish the demand of minority shareholders Janis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Naglins, JSC “Grobina” submitted an application of demand at the Court of Liepaja, against JSC “Grobina” board members G. Isajeva, A. Vitolins and D. Kalnina about recovery of damages 100 000 LVL. Due to the board member position at year 2008 and year 2009, concluding the year 2009 with losses 978 502 LVL. A trail is ordered at 27th of September year 2011.
   3. At 6th of August year 2010 To accomplish the demand of minority shareholders Janis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Naglins, JSC “Grobina” submitted an application of demand at the Court of Liepaja, against JSC “Grobina” council members J. Silins, J. Briedis, G. Jefimovs, S. Neimane and O. Petrevics about recovery of damages 50 000 LVL. Due to the council member position at year 2008 and year 2009, concluding the year 2009 with losses 978 502 LVL. A trail is ordered at 27th of May year 2011.
   4. At 22th of December year 2010, shareholder and council member Janis Meijubers submitted demand, at the Court of Liepaja, against JSC “Grobina” about decisions annulment of extraordinary shareholders meeting of JSC “Grobina” convened at 30th of September year 2010. A trail was ordered at 11th of March year 2011. There has been submitted a request to delay the proceeding. According to that, the trail now is ordered at 27th of May year 2011.
