The SJSC „Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” informs that
due to the request to withhold income tax from individual persons,
the owners of mortgage bonds of the series AH/ LV0000800100, AL/
LV0000800142, AM/ LV0000800159, BA/ LV0000800217 and CA/
LV0000800340, registered by February 15, 2011, pursuant to the Law
on Resident Income Tax, shall be paid the interest amount after
withholding of the tax within the deadlines stipulated by the
Latvian Central Depositary's Regulations No 8 On Payment of
Dividends, Coupons, Principal and Other Cash Proceeds.
