The organizational structure of JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” Group company SIA “LSC Shipmanagement” is simplified The organizational structure of JSC “Latvijas
kuģniecība” (Latvian Shipping Company, LSC) Group company SIA “LSC
Shipmanagement” is changed by removing the supervisory council and
expanding the management board from one to three members. In the
management board of SIA “LSC Shipmanagement” LSC management board
members Michael Main King and Ashley John Neale are elected. M.King
will also hold position of the chairman of the management board.
The existing member of the management board Ansis Zeltiņš continues
to perform his duties.
SIA “LSC Shipmanagement” provides technical management
for the ships as well as recruits seamen.
