The deal with which the shares of SIA “LSC Shipmanagement” was disposed is reversed There are changes registered at the Commercial Register
of the Republic of Latvia with which JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība”
daughter company “Latmar Holdings Corporation” is again registered
as the sole owner of SIA “LSC Shipmanagement” capital shares with
nominal value 1,9 million LVL, which means that deal with which
these shares was disposed is reversed. SIA “LSC
Shipmanagement” provides technical management for the ships as well
as recruits seamen.
