Edvīns Bērziņš and Raitis Nešpors have been recalled from the positions of the management board members in JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” (LSC) daughter company SIA “LASCO Investment”. In the management board of SIA “LASCO Investment” they are replaced with LSC members of the management board Michael Main King un Ashley John Neale, who will also hold position of the chairman of the management board. SIA „LASCO Investment” is a LSC Group’s real estate holding and management company.

 

Changes are also made in the management board of SIA „LASCO Investment” daughter companies SIA „Rīgas līcis”, SIA „LASCO nekustamie īpašumi”, as well as in the management board of  SIA „LASCO nekustamie īpašumi” daughter companies SIA „Darījumu centrs Daugava”, SIA „Lejastiezumi”, SIA „Ventspils biznesa centrs”, SIA „Pārventas sporta centrs”, where in all the companies Edvīns Bērziņš has been recalled from the position of the management board member and Ashley John Neale elected instead of him.

 

Changes are also made in the management board of SIA „LSC Marine Training”, where the management board member Ansis Zeltiņš ir replaced with Michael Main King. SIA „LSC Marine Training” main business is professional training of the seaman.
