Since 13.12.2010. in accordance with the decision of Latvian Register of Enterprises there are adopted the following changes in the composition of the Board of JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca" (JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca" Counsil protocol N 50/04-02  30.11.2010): 

• Kazimirs Steļmačenoks is released from the Board staff;
• Eduards Krukovskis is appointed as the Member of the Board;
• Mihails Mamonovs is appointed as the Member of the Board.      

The staff of the JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca" Board of Directors of 13.12.2010 is as following:

• The Chairman of the Board: Natālija Petrova (the citizen of the Latvian Republic, personal code 270375-10208, place of residence Valkas street 58-105, Daugavpils, Latvia).
• Member of the Board Eduards Krukovskis (the non-citizen of the Latvian Republic, personal code 210664-10217, place of residence Kaunas street 66-49, Daugavpils, Latvia).
• Member of the Board Mihails Mamonovs (the citizen of the Latvian Republic, personal code 131169-10210, place of residence Raipoles street 10b-65, Daugavpils, Latvia).

The Member of the Board has the right to represent joint-stock company together with one more Member of the Board, except for cases when Members of the Board authorise one or two of them to conclude a deal in a certain case or of a certain kind.
