Rescheduling of ELKO Grupa AS bonds’ principal and coupon payments.

ELKO Grupa AS bonds’ principal and coupon payments are rescheduled from November 29, 2010 to be due on December 1, 2010. The changes are due to the calculation of tax deductions from the payments and the amendments to the Latvian Central Depository rules that amends the procedure for recording the list of owners of financial instruments. The coupon calculation date is not changed.
