Referring to the JSC “Liepājas Metalurgs” (LM) announcement published on the NASDAQ-OMX Stock Exchange on July 2, 2010, the Company is informing that it
will be paying the borrowed funds in equal semi annual principal instalments for the average period of 8 years after the project completion date. The
financing, therefore, is expected to be repaid by the year of 2020, during which period LM will pay out the Bank approximately EUR 108 mio. (depending on
the floating interest rate).
