Since 15.06.2010. in accordance with the decision of Latvian Register of Enterprises Nr.6-12/67991/1 of 15.06.2010. there are adopted the following changes in the composition of the Board of JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca":
 Andrejs Šilovs is released from the Board staff;
 Oleg Ossinovski is appointed as the Chairman of the Board;
 Aivar Keskula is appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Board.      

The staff of the JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca" Board of Directors of 06/15/2010 is as following:

The Chairman of the Board: Natālija Petrova (the citizen of the Latvian Republic, personal code 270375-10208, place of residence Valkas street 58-105, Daugavpils, Latvia).

Member of the Board Kazimirs Steļmačenoks (the non-citizen of the Latvian Republic, personal code 070361-10204, place of residence Alejas street 12-5, Daugavpils, Latvia).

The Member of the Board has the right to represent joint-stock company together with one more Member of the Board, except for cases when Members of the Board authorise one or two of them to conclude a deal in a certain case or of a certain kind.
