In compliance with Article 14.8.6 of the Rules on Listing and Trading of
Financial Instruments in the Markets Regulated by the Exchange JSC “Saldus
Mežrūpniecība” explains that the net profit of 150 665 LVL, declared by the
Company in the operational annual report of 2009, differs from the net profit
of 15 888 LVL, indicated in the audited annual report of 2009 for 134 776 LVL.
Differences are related to risk assessment and building reserves which was not
done at the moment of presenting the annual report because no complete
inventory and comparison of the Company`s liabilities had not been performed up
to then. Evaluating the economic transactions of 2009 the reserves in the
amount of 99,692 LVL were built, corporate income tax of 35 084 LVL was
calculated, resulting in the company's profit decrease.
