Pursuant to Clause 14.8.6 of the Stock Exchange rules on financial instruments and trade stock in regulated markets, if the net profit in the audited annual report differs from the net profit indicated in the non-audited annual report for more than 10%, the JSC „Latvijas tilti” notifies that:

The profit or loss before taxes in the audited annual report 2009 differs from the non-audited annual report 2009 for less than 1%. The net profit has decreased due to calculation of the company income tax in the amount of 641 398 LVL.
