On the basis of article No.14.8.6 of the Rules On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments on the Markets Regulated by the Exchange, JSC “KURZEMES ATSLEGA 1” explains that according to the non-revised annual report of the 2009 the losses make 31304 LVL, but according to revised annual report of the 2009 – 35358 LVL. The difference occurred by specifying production expenses of
the company (5020 LVL increase), changes in calculation of the
deferred corporate income tax (-996 LVL).
