On 14 May 2010, AS “PrivatBank” Council elected a new member of the Board, Ieva Racenaja (minutes No. 04/2010).
Ieva Racenaja will start to carry out the duties of AS “PrivatBank” Board member as of 1 June 2010.

Over the period from April 2005 to March 2007, Ieva Racenaja carried out the duties of a/s "Baltic Trust Bank" Board member, from March 2007 to March 2009, she performed the duties of the Chairperson of the Board and Head of the Retail Banking Department at a/s "GE Money Bank", from March 2009 to September 2009, she carried out the duties of the Strategic Development Project Director at SIA "ECOVIS CONVENTS Financial Advisers".

Ieva Racenaja does not own AS “PrivatBank” shares.
