JSC „Ventspils nafta” emphasizes that all official information on VN shareholders meetings, financial results and other important news according to the 642 paragraph of the Law of Financial Instruments are published on official reporting systems, namely, ORICGS (FCMC) and GlobeNewswire (Nasdaq OMX), as well as on VN webpage www.vnafta.lv. Any information published on the above mentioned
official reporting systems under other company’s name or published
in mass media in VN name, but without being published on official
reporting systems, is not given by VN management, can be misleading
or fraudulent, and does not represent the position of VN
management.
As informed, VN annual shareholders meeting has been convened
on 11 November, 2010, and this information has been published
already on ORICGS, GlobeNewswire and VN webpage, additional
information given also to official magazine of Latvian Republic
„Latvijas vēstnesis”, newspaper „Diena”, newspaper „Dienas Bizness”
and newspaper „Neatkariga Rita Avize”.
