In accordance with the decision of the bank’s shareholder, Hipotēku banka has increased its fixed capital by LVL 70.28 mln. Thus the total volume of the fixed capital has reached 191 601 311 lats.

The increase of fixed capital was performed according the state budget law for year 2010.

As of December 31, 2009 the bank’s capital adequacy ratio was 12%, reaching 19.9% after fixed capital increasing. Liquidity ratio as of  March 31, 2010 is 125% .
