Form of the Power of Attorney
JSC „Olainfarm” hereby publiches the form of Power of Attorney
for authorizing representatives to participate in the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC „Olainfarm” to be held on
April 29, 2010. Please note that if the English version of
this Power of Attorney is presented< along with it a translation
into Latvian approved by the notary must also be presented.
