On Changes to the composition of the Management Board of
a/s „Olainfarm”
On March 9, 2010, Supervisory Council of a/s „Olainfarm”
elected Salvis Lapins to be its new member of the Management
Board.
Prior to this, Mr. Lapins has occupied the position of the
Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Salvis Lapins has 15 years of
experience in finance, 8 of which he has been working in the
Finance department of a/s „Olainfarm”
Salvis Lapins owns 83 153 shares of a/s „Olainfarm”
